JDC Titanium Radiator Reservoir Hardware Replacement Kit

The JDC titanium radiator fluid reservoir kit is made from Ti6Al-4V (Grade 5) titanium. This kit will work on the stock reservoir and most aftermarket reservoirs that use the same mounting points. This kit will allow you to replace your ugly stock hardware with beautiful titanium that will outlast your car itself! Titanium is around 45% lighter, way stronger, and will not corrode like your stock steel bolts.

Each bolt/washer combo weighs under 0.2oz!
Available in polished, burnt, rainbow, or multiple solid colored finishes. If you would like your studs anodized in a custom color please contact us before ordering to make sure we can accommodate your request.
*New washers!* Our new custom-made washers incorporate a small lip that gives the flange head of the bolt a flush appearance once installed.

Customized Titanium for my WRX

I’ve been plotting getting a lot of JDC hardware and when the St. Pattys day sale went live I chose to do just that, get some custom (green) titanium hardware! All custom orders are a lead time of 15-20 days mine went a bit longer than I thought it would take but I’m an understanding person and patiently awaited the arrive of my hardware! Needless to say they exceed my expectations and lead me to message Jon through instagram about a custom plate mount for my WRX, and to my surprise he took on the task! This is by far not my last order though JDC I have an active cart going as of now, hoping to get the engine bay caps in the same color(green) very soon! 100 percent happy with my transaction and order!
